Coming Soon – East-West Trumpet Summit Part 2!!

East-West2I am very excited to announce that the brand new East-West Trumpet summit album is nearly complete. It’s been a year in the making, but we’re almost to the finish line. In 2010 trumpeter Ray Vega and I teamed up for the album East-West Trumpet Summit. We were elated to find this album reach all the way to number one on the JazzWeek airplay chart, and to hear it featured on NPR’s “Morning Edition.” Last year we started work on a second trumpet summit album, this time featuring George Colligan on Hammond B-3 organ and Matt Jorgensen on drums. We think it sounds great – we can’t wait to let you hear it! More to come soon, stay tuned!
